Myleene's showbiz baby - Dec 13 2007
She might only be five months old, but it seems baby Ava Klass has already got a head for the showbiz industry, after her mum Myleene revealed she takes her on jobs.
The 29-year-old presenter and model had Ava in August and has already started taking her to work at Capital Radio - and is even planning a jaunt overseas for her next Marks & Spencer photo shoot, reports the Daily Mirror.
Myleene told the paper: "She comes everywhere with me. I strap her on to my chest during my show for Capital and she's there giggling away. She loves it."
And the former jungle babe, who models for Marks alongside Twiggy and Erin O'Connor, added: "I'm also taking her abroad in a few weeks to film the new M & S ads."
But the star insisted she wasn't going to force Ava to follow in her showbiz footsteps.
"Don't worry, I'm not one of those pushy mothers. I just want her with me and to be one of the girls," she said.
Myleene to host New Year show? - Dec 7 2007
Myleene Klass will reportedly host the BBC’s New Year show.
The new mum, 29, has signed on to front the seasonal show and count in the New Year with viewers across the country, according to The Sun.
Newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky has hosted the programme for the past three years but has moved to channel Five - and Myleene has since impressed TV bosses by fronting ITV1’s music special, Saturday Night Divas.
"When Myleene appeared on Divas we realised she was the perfect face for our New Year show," a BBC insider told the paper.
"Myleene is rare because she appeals to both men and women alike. She’s hot property in TV at the moment."
The source continued: "Myleene was our first choice for New Year Live and we’re so glad she agreed.
"She’s bubbly, beautiful and the viewers love her.
"Natasha was great but we’re hoping Myleene will put a fresh spin on this year’s show.
"Things should go off with a bang."
Myleene joins Ken for India trip - Nov 23 2007
Myleene Klass has joined London mayor Ken Livingstone on a trip to India.
The former Hear’Say star turned classical artist and TV presenter donned a jade green sari for the promotional tour and showed off a toned stomach only three months after the birth of daughter Ava.
The pair strolled along the seafront in Mumbai, where they will host a music event.
"I’m really proud to be an ambassador for London as part of the mayor of London’s trip. It’s wonderful that such diverse cultures can come together and learn so much from each other," said the 29-year-old musician.
"It’s been a really successful trip. I’m flying the flag for London and have already met so many fantastic Indian musicians and artists.
"The event tonight is on a magnificent scale and it will be quite a spectacle."
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan will perform at the event, which will also feature dancers from West End show Stomp.
It is the culmination of a week-long trip by Mr Livingstone to boost links between the UK and India.
He said: "Tonight will be a fantastic celebration of the arts in London and India, and provides a glimpse of some of the best talent from our two great creative countries.

Rather than follow the usual solo path Myleene signed a deal with the jazz and classical division of Universal, releasing the album Moving On which explored her training as a classical pianist and peaked at number two in the classical charts. She has also presented CD:UK among other shows and appeared on stage in The Vagina Monologues.
