Kerry, 26, told OK! magazine: "I’m so scared this time because my divorce has just come through and I keep thinking, ’Is this too quick?’ Or, ’Is he going to leave me?’ I want it to work so badly and I don’t want it to end.

"I hope to God this lasts, another divorce would kill me."

OK! bought the rights to the low-key wedding. It reported Kerry was "riddled with pre-wedding jitters", beset by loneliness and miserable that she had no friends to attend the ceremony.

As the evening wore on, the couple had a quarrel and Kerry demanded Mark sleep in a separate bedroom.

But Mark came down in the morning and told guests: "We’re fine, it was just a few hormones."

The 35-year-old cabbie proposed to I’m A Celebrity winner Katona three weeks after they met last year.

He told the magazine he was looking forward to getting married because "she’ll legally be my bitch".

And he recalled: "I said to her once, ’There’s a pair of pants in the bedroom for you, try them on’. She came out saying they didn’t fit so I said, ’Exactly, I wear the trousers’."
