New show to shadow Kerry - Dec 13 2007
Kerry Katona is to star in her own fly-on-the-wall reality show.

The Osbournes-style MTV series will follow the former Atomic Kitten and her family. Cameras will film her up to the birth of her fourth child in May.

Kerry Katona: Crazy In Love will certainly have no shortage of drama. The 27-year-old has gone through a high-profile divorce, been admitted to rehab for cocaine addiction, faced armed raiders at her £1.5 million Cheshire home and endured various accusations over her latest marriage, to cab driver Mark Croft.

They wed at Gretna Green on Valentine’s Day, a week before the birth of daughter Heidi. She is currently fighting her ex-husband, former Westlife star Brian McFadden, over custody of their two daughters.

MTV said: "In this no-holds-barred reality show, Kerry and new hubby Mark take over the Osbournes’ mantle to offer a zany, off-the-wall insight into their entertaining and extraordinary lives.

"Following the young, loved-up couple from now until the birth of their fourth child in May, our cameras will follow Kerry as she launches her first novel and a brand new perfume.

"Alongside various other professional obligations and launches, Kerry and Mark will also be filmed as they attend court to fight their respective custody battles."

It is not known whether Kerry will allow cameras into the delivery room.

She recently attracted criticism for continuing to smoke and drink whilst pregnant.

Kerry Katona: Crazy In Love will begin on February 17 on MTV One.

Pregnant Kerry still smoking every day - Nov 6 2007
Kerry Katona smokes every day despite being four months pregnant, she has admitted.

The former Atomic Kitten has also carried on drinking.

"I was smoking 20 a day before I was pregnant and I’ve cut down to one. In the morning, I like a little puff on a fag," she told Star magazine.

She said of those who criticise her for continuing to smoke in defiance of medical guidelines: "Yeah, they’re dead bloody right. But I honestly don’t think a couple of puffs are going to do that much damage.

"I had a nicotine patch but it left a mark. I think I’ve done really well cutting down from 20 to one a day. I think the only times I really smoke is when I’ve had a drink."

The 27-year-old, who had a miscarriage scare early in her pregnancy, was recently photographed dragging on a cigarette outside a pub in Warrington, Cheshire.

It was reported that she downed four Martinis and a vodka during the same night out with friends.

But she insisted: "It’s nonsense. I did have a drink - I had two."

The former I’m A Celebrity winner is currently battling ex-husband Brian McFadden for custody of their two daughters, Molly and Lilly Sue.

She is expecting her new baby with second husband Mark Croft, with whom she already has an eight-month-old daughter Heidi.

Kerry Katona has announced that she is pregnant with her fourth child.

"I’m so excited, so much for not having any more kids - I just seem to conceive very easily!" the former Atomic Kitten, who is around five or six weeks pregnant, told OK! magazine.

Kerry, 27, already has two daughters by her ex-husband Brian McFadden, and a baby daughter, Heidi, with current husband Mark Croft.

"I’d love a little brother to all my girls but I’ll be chuffed with whatever I get as long as he or she is healthy," she said.
