"Her character is a stripper, and she now realises that the job isn’t easy. We should give these women credit."
Sheila previously created the workout series S Factor: Aerobic Striptease Workout and Pole Dancing.
The newspaper also claims to have obtained an email written by Lindsay herself, bemoaning the bruising she’s developing as a result of her pole-dancing exploits.
"So...three hours of pole dancing and bruised everywhere... I mean we’re talkin’ like, upper and inner thigh action-bruised... like a walking black-and-blue mark.
"I mean really though, really, I didn’t know it was actually possible to have bruises in such areas of the body," the newspaper quotes Lindsay as writing.
With shooting due to continue for another five weeks, let’s hope the accident-prone starlet gets the hang of it before she’s forced to make another impromptu trip to the emergency room.
Lindsay dry for seven days - Dec 12 2006
Getting on the wagon is a slow process for Lindsay Lohan. The actress admits she has been going to Alcoholics Anonymous for a year, but has been sober for seven days.
"I don’t drink when I go to clubs," the 20-year-old tells People. "I drink with my friends at home, but there’s no need to. I feel better not drinking. It’s more fun. I have Red Bull."
The star has opened up recently about trying to curb her partying ways, revealing that she didn’t tell anyone before because "it’s no-one’s business. That’s why it’s anonymous!".
However, she adds: "I never felt bad. I just wanted to, like, find a balance. I was out too much. I was too caught up. I mean, I’m 20 years old, I was off from work, I was getting ready to start a film and I was like going out just to get it out of my system.
"I was going too much and I knew that and I have more to live for than that."
Linds reveals that she is keen for people to start focusing on her career rather than her socialising - although it’s worth mentioning that when People magazine caught up with her, she was going into a Christmas party at the
Saying that, being sober probably makes her more attuned to what she can scoop for free. She grabbed more than 40,000 dollars of sparkly swag at the bash.
Lindsay Lohan seeks alcoholism help - Dec 3 2006
Party-loving starlet Lindsay Lohan has been going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, her mother and publicist confirmed.
Dina Lohan said it was a "positive" step for the 20-year-old, who earlier this year was criticised by a movie boss for turning up late for work, or not at all.
Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, told People magazine: "She’s been attending some meetings and it’s going to be a slow process. This is a positive."
The Mean Girls actress’ mother told radio station KIIS FM: "A lot of people she hangs out with go, and it’s a positive thing.
"As a parent, you tell them what you can tell them, but she’s 20 and I’m not going to say, ’Stay home and don’t go out’, that’s a ridiculous thing to do.
"When you’re 20 you have to learn a lot on your own.
"I’m there for support, and I’ll obviously give her my opinion, but she’s fine. She’s very smart."
There were reports earlier this week that Lohan, whose late-night adventures have generated acres of press coverage, had been spotted at an AA meeting.
In July James Robinson, the chief executive of Morgan Creek Productions accused Lohan of being "discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional" over her behaviour while filming Georgia Rule.

Born to a wealthy family Lindsay was nonetheless put to work from an early age. At three she was signed to a modelling agency and quickly built up a portfolio of work with the likes of Toys R Us and Calvin Klein Kids. As a teen she appeared in numerous magazines such as Elle Girl and Bliss and in television commercials for Jell-O among others.
At ten years of age Lindsay bagged a role on American soap Another World which she soon abandoned when offered a big screen part in the remake of The Parent Trap in which she played twins. The part brought her to the attention of filmmakers throughout Hollywood and ensured future parts would roll on in.
Made for TV movies and a short lived sitcom part followed before Lindsay, then sixteen, was offered another cult remake - Freaky Friday - alongside Jamie Lee Curtis. Two further teen flicks followed, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and the Clueless-esque Mean Girls. The success of the two movies cemented Lindsay’s status as Teen Queen. Closely followed by Herbie: Fully Loaded Lindsay hoped to make the transition to adult film star smoothly however 2006’s Just My Luck was not well received. More serious roles are set to follow in Georgia Rule, Speechless, A Woman of No Importance and The Best Time of Our Lives.
As well as acting Lindsay had taken the opportunity to showcase her musical skills in her films and before long she was taken under the wing of Mariah Carey’s ex Tommy Mottola. Her debut album, Speak, was released in 2004 with the single Rumours earning critical acclaim. 2005’s A Little More Personal included a dramatically intimate track aimed at her father who had spent much of Lindsay’s life in prison. She is currently working on a third album.
Since 2003 Lindsay has been regular tabloid fodder beginning with a rumoured feud with fellow teen actress Hilary Duff. Her weight has been a serious issue, with the actress admitting that she had ’nearly died’, before dedicating herself to getting her shape back. She has also gained the reputation of girl about town, partying hard with the likes of Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton whilst dealing with a run of bad luck which has included three car crashes and some rumoured illnesses.
