The most foul mouthed family in America took a break from filming their reality show while Ozzy recovered from a quad bike accident but returned to US screens last week. The latest episode shows the veteran rocker convalescing in his Buckinghamshire home but there is no evidence of Kelly’s recent drug problems. yet.

Kelly Osbourne has gone into rehab after admitting she is addicted to painkillers.

The loudest family on TV have taken another blow with Sharon and Ozzy announcing on Larry King Live that their youngest daughter has followed in her father and brothers footsteps and checked into a rehab clinic.

Since beginning their show on MTV the Osbourne’s have experienced problem after problem and we’ll just have to wait and see if they pull through this one too.

Movie debut - 03/07/03
Ozzy’s daughter Kelly Osbourne is to make her movie debut in a remake of Alice in Wonderland - called Malice in Sunderland.

The low-budget art-house flick will start filming at the end of the year. Kelly is currently supporting Robbie Williams on his UK tour.

Osbourne’s gig - 30/05/03
Ozzy Osbourne and daughter Kelly will perform for the first time on the same stage in the star’s hometown of Birmingham.

Kelly will be supporting her dad at the NEC on September 7 and at Wembley Arena on September 5.

The shows are Ozzy’s first headlining arena concerts in the UK in eight years, after he announced that his Ozzfest tour will not visit the UK this summer.

Tickets go on sale from 9am on Monday. (2 June)

Biography

With parents like Sharon and Ozzy Kelly Michelle Lee Osbourne was never going to have a normal life. In fact she reached noteriety before adulthood, appearing alongside her parents and brother, Jack, on MTV reality series The Osbournes and becoming well known for her loud mouth and outspoken views.

The series led to Kelly releasing an album in 2002, aged just eighteen. Shut Up failed to spark much interest despite a well played cover of Papa Don’t Preach debuting at number 1 in the American charts. Later in the same year a duet with Ozzy, Changes, became both father and daughter’s first UK number one.

Meanwhile Kelly broke in to television presenting, hosting MTV’s award ceremonies and taking a guest slot on Top of the Pops. She also took a part on teen soap Life As We Know It, first aired in 2004. However, it was at this time that Kelly checked in to rehab with an addiction to painkillers, her problems echoing those of Ozzy and Jack, both of whom have battled with drink and drug addictions.

Not one to stay down for long Kelly was soon working again, her second album, Sleeping in the Nothing, may have failed to win over listeners, selling just 9,000 copies but single One Word was a dance hit. Kelly launched her own fashion line, Stiletto Killers, with friend Ali Barone in 2004 whilst also continuing with her presenting career. She has fronted I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’s digital spin-off show and has replaced Liz Hurley as the presenter of Project Catwalk.

Following several ill advised matches, including her highly publicised relationship with Bert McCracken, Kelly and boyfriend Matty Derham of Fields reportedly took part in a marriage at a music festival in Ireland. Despite the fact that the marriage was not legally binding the couple were later spotted buying gold bands together.
