Jodie Marsh thinks she is perfect wife material.

Her MTV series, Totally Jodie Marsh, will see the glamour model hold X Factor-style auditions, try speed-dating and search online to find her future husband. She has even booked the wedding, which is planned for September.

"Why wouldn't they want to marry me?" she says, without a hint of irony. "I make my own money - lots of money - I've got a brilliant job, I'm very intelligent, I'm all right looking, got a fit body. I'm amazing in bed, I'm faithful, I'm..." she trails off, thinking.

"I'd make a great housewife. I'll do all my own washing, and their washing, and ironing, and hoovering, cooking, cleaning, I can do it all, I can do anything that someone would want from a normal wife.

"But I've got the added bonuses of earning loads of money and being treated like a VIP everywhere I go, as would my husband. There's a lot on offer - I'm everything you'd want in a wife, and more."

To the cynical eye, it would seem she's merely making another bid for fame, but Jodie is quick to deny the allegation.

"I couldn't give a s*** about fame," she snaps. "It's money I want, but I know that with the fame comes lots of money - quickly and easily."

Jodie Marsh is looking for a man to marry.

The Celebrity Big Brother star is embarking on a nationwide search for a husband-to-be.

Cameras will follow the glamour girl’s progress - which will climax in a fairytale wedding live on TV.

The Totally Jodie Marsh: Who’ll Take Her Up The Aisle? show will be screened on MTV this summer.

Jodie, 28, launched her search today in typically understated style.

She stood atop a giant wedding cake in London’s Leicester Square, wearing a white belt in place of a bra and clutching a bridal bouquet.

Jodie’s previous conquests include playboy Calum Best, singer Dane Bowers, nightclub boss Fran Cosgrave and Kenzie from Blazin’ Squad.

She explained: "I’m fed up with going out with complete losers. I’ve been out with my fair share, none of whom have lasted more than five minutes, so I’ve decided to take drastic action," she said.

"I’m desperate to settle down with the man of my dreams so I’m launching a nationwide search to find a fella, but not just a boyfriend. I’m on the look out for a husband."

Jodie will tour the country auditioning would-be Mr Marshes.

Hopefuls must fill out an online application form at www.marryjodiemarsh.com and answer a list of questions including "Tell me about the best sex you ever had! Where and when?" and "What do you like about me?"

Jodie said: "I know my soul-mate is out there, I just don’t want to wait any longer to meet him."

Glamour girl Jodie Marsh has got engaged to a man she’s known for just 11 days.

The 27-year-old got engaged to music producer and DJ Dave Doyle last week after they had been together for just over a week.

She told Closer magazine: "He is definitely The One. It’s the happiest I’ve ever been in my life. I can’t wait to get married."

She revealed her engagement last week on her blog, writing: "I am engaged to the most beautiful and sexy man in the world. If anyone knows a place in this country where we can get a quickie wedding let me know. I want babies and everything."
