Janice Dickinson has lost her first Bushtucker Trial despite insisting on taking up the challenge for her team.

The US model promised Snake Rock she would beat ex-EastEnders actor Marc Bannerman from rival team Crock Creek, but failed to win any food.

Janice volunteered for the task, saying: "You know I will do my very best 100 per cent to kick ass no matter what if I have to eat, sleep, s***, f***, whatever I’ll do it."

The trial involved the celebs being placed on a giant rotating cog wheel and trying to retrieve five stars in a carriage under their heads, which contained creatures.

After being strapped to the wheel, Janice told hosts Ant and Dec: "Wow this is so S and M, I think I like it."

But as the first carriage was wheeled along containing eels, she shouted: "Stop. I’m a celebrity, get me out of here! No, not with eels no. I can’t do it. I can take any other thing, I can’t do this one, I’m not even going to try."

She then managed four out of five stars in the box of fish guts, but cried out "forfeit... forfeit" at the final task, containing meal worms.

Marc won all three rounds, and said: "I would have had to hang my head in shame had I have gone back without a meal."

While Croc Creek enjoyed a meal of kangaroo salad prepared by chef John, the celebrities in Janice’s team were left feeling hungry.

Feisty or foul mouthed, whichever way you categorise her, Janice Dickinson has had quite a life, with a CV that includes supermodel, fashion photographer, actor, author and agent.

Janice has been married three times to Ron Levy, Alan B Gersten and Simon Fields, and her romantic involvements are almost as lengthy and star studded as her employment history. Past lovers include Warren Beatty, Sylvester Stallone, Bobby Charlton, Jack Nicholson and Liam Neeson, and in 1994 she gave birth to a daughter who she claimed was the child of Stallone. In an interview on The Howard Stern Show in 2007, Dickinson claimed to have had sex with over 1,000 men.
