The beautiful blonde says she is doing everything she can to prevent the paparazzi from putting her life in danger. She told America’s V Life magazine: "I keep a whole log. I take pictures of their cars, write down license plate numbers, everything. If they do it again, I can go to the police. I know my rights, and believe me, I will have them arrested. I will stop at nothing."
In recent months, several stars have been involved in nasty paparazzi incidents - Scarlett Johansson and Lindsay Lohan were both involved in car accidents while trying to escape photographers, while Reese Witherspoon claimed shutterbugs tried to prevent her from leaving a Los Angeles gym by blocking her car in.
Gwyneth was involved in a terrifying plane scare - Sept 05
Gwyneth Paltrow was involved in a terrifying mid-flight plane scare, forcing her to miss the Venice Film Festival. The stunning actress, who was travelling to the prestigious festival to promote new film ’Proof’, was on the aircraft to the Italian city when it was ordered back to New York after developing a technical fault. But Gwyneth was so determined to help co-star Sir Anthony Hopkins promote the movie, she attend the film’s press conference by telephone link instead.
The Oscar-winning star, who is married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin, admitted she was reluctant to return to acting after the birth of her baby daughter Apple because she is so "in love" with her. She said: "It was very important to me to take some time to be with myself and my family and take it easy and enjoy being pregnant. "When I had my daughter, I just fell in love with her, so then I was really reticent about leaving her as a tiny baby and going back to work 14 hours a day. But I finally went back to work when Apple was 10 months old."
However, Gwyneth confessed she was left heartbroken during shooting because she couldn’t put Apple to bed every night. She added: "It was a really fantastic, exhilarating thing to do, but I was a bit torn that I couldn’t put her to sleep every night. "Hopefully, the day will come when I can take her with me."

Gwyneth - who is a huge fan of yoga herself - loves the book so much, she has even agreed to provide the voiceover for a DVD version of it. A source revealed: "It’s a sweet little book aimed at getting small children into yoga. Gwyneth bought a copy for Apple and absolutely adored it, so she was keen to help out any way she could."

The Paltrows moved to Manhattan, New York when Gwyneth was 11 years old, where she would watch her Tony award-winning mother perform at theatre festivals, inspiring the young Gwyneth to become an actress herself, an ambition which resulted in a starring role in a production of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
Gwyneth returned to Los Angeles in order to attend the University of California in Santa Barbara as an art history major. While her first film role was in the 1991 film Shout, with John Travolta, her big break came along when she went out one night with her father and family friends Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw.
Big league director Spielberg was in the process of casting for his film Hook and that night, he offered Gwyneth the role of Wendy, which she instantly accepted. After her role in Hook, also starring Robin Williams and Julia Roberts, she was cast as the lead in the 1992 mini-series Cruel Doubt.
The budding actress’ resume was soon filling up, with roles in Malice, Flesh and Bone, Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle, Jefferson in Paris, and Moonlight and Valentino. Although audiences were beginning to take notice of Gwyneth, the film that threw her into the spotlight was her role as Brad Pitt’s girlfriend in the thriller Seven, which is where the highly photogenic couple met and fell in love. For a while anyway.
Following this she worked on films including The Pallbearer, Great Expectations, Sliding Doors and A Perfect Murder, although her star status was really confirmed when she accepted the Best Actress Oscar in (some say fake) floods of tears.
After a brief hiatus, Gwyneth returned to the big-screen in the beautifully shot The Talented Mr. Ripley, as Jude Law’s good-hearted girlfriend. And since has filmed Shallow Hal, Sylvia and View From The Top. Following a move to swanky Belgravia where she spends time drinking herbal tea, following a macrobiotic diet and doing Yoga with best mates Madonna and Stella McCartney, Gwynnie fell in love with Coldplay singer Chris Martin who she secretly married late in 2003 while preganant with his baby, which is due this summer.
