Help She Can’t Swim-The Death Of Nightlife
Release date: Out now
Format: Album
Genre: Punk rock
Our Rating: 3/5
Sharp like a razor. This album has character and will have you swooning, swaying and skipping (all at the same time). The punk-mania has descended. ‘Idle Chatter’ is relentless in angst and has no ends to its musical mayhem. ‘Kite Eating Tree’ is like being swept by gale force winds. This album is steaming and will have you cutting shapes like an intoxicated teen.
Produced by Justin Callaway the energy is limitless, ‘Box of Delights’ fizzes for an encore, and once the momentum arrives you will be frothing at the mouth to ‘Just Be Social’. If this album was a gadget it would come with the label, ‘No batteries included’ as this baybee runs on its own juice.

Press release
The album available on CD and vinyl is also being released on limited CD with bonus disc and limited split coloured vinyl with extra track.
HELP SHE CAN’T SWIM formed in late 2003 whilst still at college in Southampton. Releasing their debut album, Fashionista Super Dance Troupe in 2004, to much acclaim, the last two years have seen the band tour extensively, release a clutch of limited edition EPs and record their second album.
Produced by Justin Callaway at Vivid Studios in Southampton, The Death Of Nightlife tempers the relentless energy of their debut album, the end result being a much more considered record, yet one that still fizzes and pops with an infectious energy and spirit.
HELP SHE CAN’T SWIM are: Tom Denney (voice, guitar), Leesey Francis (voice, keys), Tim Palmer (bass) & Lewis Baker (drums).
