8 - Actress and model Anna Nicole Smith was found dead at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. According to the reports, Anna Nicole died from an accidental overdose of sedatives. Various legal battles ensued after the 39-year-old passed away. These centred around her will, the paternity of her daughter and her final resting place, delaying her burial.
