Jamie Theakston looks set to get married soon. Its not yet official but does look very likely as he has been quated as saying that he now wants to get married and have children.
And since his been shacked up with Joely Richardson for the past year- she may well be the one for him. Jamie lives with Joely and her daughter Daisy from her ex husband Working Titles producer Tim Bevan in a Notting Hill love nest.
Jamie had a reputation as a ladies man, this is no more after flings with Natalie Appleton and TV presenter Beverley Turner he has finally found love with Joely.

Joely Richardson has influenced boyfriend Jamie Theakston career, as he has now taking up acting, the TV presenter has been offered a film role. Jamie is tipped to play one of six surfers in a low-budget Brit film set, and to be filmed, in Cornwall.

BBC host Jamie Theakston was angered by Jennifer Lopez recently, when she ordered her bodyguards to move him out of the way on his own show. Theakston says, "I was looking at the show’s running order and she was walking towards me, surrounded by people. The bodyguard just pointed at me to get out of the way, so that they wouldn’t have to change direction. I nearly got into a fight." When Theakston later spoke of the episode on the BBC’s "Radio One" show, guest Sharleen Spiteri of the group Texas joked, "Oh, that was to make way for Jennifer’s butt, then."

Jamie Theakston has splashed out ?600,000 on a lovenest for himself and partner Joely Richardson. Pals have said that Joely decided the time was right after seeing how well Jamie got on with her daughter Daisy from her marriage to film producer Tim Bevan. Could we be hearing wedding bells next? Jamie Theakston was taken to hospital with a suspected broken ankle after an accident on his channel 4 show The Priory. A Priory spokesman said "Jamie was practising an item with a punchbag and it rebounded on to his leg" Jamie being the pro he is carried on filming the show in severe pain, he was then taken to the hospital were he had to wait for X ray results.

Jamie started his career as a kid’s TV presenter, fronting pop culture show The O-Zone from 1989. He then went on to form a dynamic presenting duo with Zoe Ball on Saturday morning’s Live and Kicking. This would prove to be the job that catapulted Jamie in to the limelight. He went on to appear on Top of the Pops and The Priory, again alongside Zoe.
The TV job led to radio, with Jamie taking the Sunday Lunchtime slot on Radio One. He also broke in to acting with jobs in sitcoms such as Linda Green and Mad About Alice as well as appearing on stage in Art at the Whitehall among others. He remains a regular on televisions and presents a radio show for Heart FM alongside Harriet Scott.
Linked with actress Joely Richardson and singer Natalie Appleton, Jamie hit the headlines in 2001 when it was revealed he had visited a Mayfair prostitute whilst drunk. He apologised to his friends and family for the embarrassment he had caused.
Jamie now fronts Channel 4’s The Search.
