"The easiest part is dancing in the heels," she says. "I don’t even think about it anymore; it’s just second nature. But it is difficult to dance and sing at the same time. I have to make sure I’m in shape and I’m hydrated. I don’t want to wear myself out and get exhausted."
Beyonce head over heels - July 26 2007
Fans were stunned when Beyonce fell face first down a flight of stairs during a live concert in Orlando on Tuesday night.
However, like a true professional, the singer, who was wearing a trench coat and high heels, recovered and completed her hit - ironically, Ring The Alarm - without missing a beat.
"Beyonce’s fall on stage last night in Orlando, Florida during her performance of Ring The Alarm was a mere spot on an otherwise sensational, flawless show," her spokesperson told People.
"It was a case of her coat’s hem getting caught in her shoes, but Miss Knowles picked herself right up, without missing a beat, showing to all that she is the best."
Concertgoer Anette Nelson said: "Everyone gasped. But she got up right away and acted like nothing happened. I don’t even think she missed a word of the song. Everyone started cheering her on, because she recovered like a real professional."
Luckily, Beyonce wasn’t injured from the fall, and even asked fans not to put her trip on the internet, pleading: "Don’t put it on YouTube."
Unfortunately for the Bootylicious one, that’s exactly where the video footage has ended up...
Beyonce’s Hospital Visits - July 10 2007
Beyonce Knowles made a surprise visit to two of her fans in hospital after they were injured during her concert at St Louis, Missouri.
The fans were hurt early on during the star’s performance, when pyrotechnics meant for the stage spilled into the front row, according to reports.
After the concert, the Bootylicious singer, who is currently on a world tour, visited the injured fans at their bedsides in the Casualty unit at
The hospital’s head nurse, Darryl Williams, said the 25-year-old singer stayed with the fans for about 45 minutes. "She was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience," he said. "Her visit was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them. I just thought it was a great thing for someone of her stature to do."
"The story is true. Beyonce went to the hospital," confirmed her publicist Yvette Noel-Schure.

Beyonce’s solo album Dangerously in Love and debut single Crazy in Love shot her to solo stardom and made her one of the most recognised divas in pop. The album won her a record-breaking five Grammy Awards and her single and album also topped the UK and US charts simultaneously.
With a handful of forays on to the big screen Beyonce can also lay claim to the title of Actress. But while Austin Powers in Goldmember might have been a success her follow ups, The Fighting Temptations and The Pink Panther have not had the Oscars beckoning. Whether her part in anticipated music flick Dreamgirls will see a change in opinion remains to be seen.
Rapper Jay-Z has been Beyonce’s long term squeeze since they worked together on his hit single 03 Bonnie & Clyde and are reported to be heading up the aisle soon after the release of her next album B-Day.
