Lily Doesn't Want to be Skinny - July 10 2007 Just weeks after Lily Allen labelled herself as "fat, ugly and sh**** than Winehouse," she insists she doesn't want to be a "skinny b****".
The London songstress, who has producer a raft of Top 10 hits and recently produced a clothing line for New Look, said she feels happier with her body now. She told Star magazine: "I really don't want to be a skinny b****.
"I'm not someone who wants to live on a diet. You see Girls Aloud in their skimpy outfits, so you start to assume that that's the correct way of looking and it isn't."
She also claims she's over the episode in which Cheryl Cole apparently called her "a chick with a d***". "I'm over it," she explained. "I had 2,000 people email me to tell me that I should be perfectly happy the way I am.
"I care more about those people than what Cheryl has to say. All she does is sing songs that aren't even hers..."
Lily arrested over ’attack’ - June 29 2007 Lily Allen was arrested for allegedly attacking a photographer outside a nightclub.
The Smile singer attended a police station in central London by appointment yesterday.
The pop star was released on police bail after being questioned over an alleged assault on a male photographer in his 40s near the Wardour club in London’s Soho on March 13.
A Scotland Yard spokeswoman said: "At 9.30am yesterday, a 21-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment.
"She was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. She has been bailed to return on a date in late July."
Chart-topper Lily built up a huge following via her MySpace page before releasing her debut single, Smile, which topped the chart last July.
The star, who is the daughter of actor Keith Allen, recently postponed her US tour, saying she wanted to get back into the recording studio.
Lily plans retirement? - June 27 2007 Lily Allen has only been in the pop world a year, but it seems she’s already planning her retirement.
The 22-year-old Smile singer, the daughter of actor Keith Allen, says she wants to have a second childhood after feeling she missed out as a kid, reports the Daily Express.
"What I’m going to do is work really hard, trying to make as much money as I can, then retire when I’m 30 and have my childhood," she said.
The star added: "I missed out on my childhood and never felt like a kid. I never had friends when I was a kid, never had toys or played with stuff. But I’m going to stop moaning about that and just work hard on my plan."
And Lil’s already decided what her top games will be.
"I’ll just sit in the country, ride quad bikes all day and have my own paintball course," she said.

As the daughter of Britpop icon Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen, Lily Allen (born May 2 1985) was destined to be famous. Born in Hammersmith, London, she moved around a lot as a child, living in Ireland’s Co Kildare before eventually settling in Islington.
With early dreams of pop stardom Lily was signed to Warner Bros in 2002 thanks, in no small part, to her father. However the partnership was short lived and in 2005 she signed to the lesser known Regal. Despite reported pressure to release pop songs she instead decided to release her tracks for free download on MySpace.com. It was through the website that she found fame, becoming a true internet star before even releasing a single. The buzz created though resulted in a rush release of LDN on limited edition 7" in early 2005.
In 2006 Lily released her debut album Alright, Still to critical and public acclaim, reaching number 2 in the UK charts. She also released Smile, the track which finally launched her in to the public’s conciousness. This was followed by a full re-release of LDN.
