She explained: "It’s a very emotional time for me to be going through an Extreme Makeover, as it is 20 years to the day that I was in hospital following a motorbike accident that killed my brother and nearly killed me." As a result of the accident, she lost her arm. She added: "This will be the beginning of a new life and I can put the past behind me."

Rumours are reaching us that the success of Big Brother: All Stars Stateside has got the Endemol/Channel 4 brains whirring over here.  The format, which sees previous favourite contestants return for an ultimate BB show, is certainly being considered as another summer of Big entertainment draws to a close.  And who should be at the top of the producers list to appear on the show?  Why, none other than all time favourite Big Brother contestant Jade Goody.  We have our fingers firmly crossed.

Jade Goody’s salon, Ugly’s, is to close les than a year after its launch.  According to friends Jade, who ploughed £50,000 of her own money in to the salon and filmed a fly on the wall documentary about it was just charging too much to tempt the punters in.  However Jade denies she is closing the salon for financial reasons, instead claiming that she decided to sell when a nightclub moved in upstairs.

Big Brother legend Jade Goody is all set to follow up her boob job with a tummy tuck to finally sort out that kebab once and for all. "After having kids no matter how much I exercised I couldn’t get rid of my stretch marks and jelly belly," she explained "I’m only 24 and I can afford it so why not?" Meanwhile she is also promoting her new series for LivingTV, Just Jade which follows her trying to launch a perfume.

Jade’s Curry Collapse - April 2006
Jade Goody’s London Marathon attempt ended in disaster after she ’got bored’ of training and scoffed down a diet of curries and Chinese takeaway in the run up to the charity event. Onlookers saw Jade begin to hobble after just a mile and a half while at the 18 mile mark she turned blue and started to shout for a paramedic and saying that she was dying. She claims she managed 21 miles "it was horrible when I stopped ... I felt like I was dying." She still handed over ?355 in sponsor money to her chosen charity the NSPCC and the incident has forced her to admit that she has an addiction to slimming pills and sent friends to buy them for her to avoid tabloid speculation.
