She’s been staying in a hotel since she was booted off the Channel 4 show on Friday and has yet to be reunited with her two sons, who are staying with relatives and weren’t at home during the alleged incident.

"Do I deserve to get my windows smashed? Do I deserve not to see my children?" she complained during an appearance on Five talk show The Wright Stuff.

"What if they were in my house last night when the windows got smashed? My two-year-old and three-year-old have got to go through that."

However, Essex Police said they hadn’t been called to any incident at the address. And they denied Jade’s claims that police have been guarding the house since her eviction.

"We have no reports of an incident last night and we have had no reason to guard the house," a police spokesman said.

Jade’s appearance was the latest in a round of interviews aimed at rehabilitating her public image after she was accused of racist bullying towards Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty.

Politician and former CBB housemate George Galloway was a fellow guest and voiced his support for Jade.

"As apologies go you could not get a more sincere and broken-hearted apology than we have heard today," he saide.

Jade Goody is being treated by doctors for "shock and depression" as the Celebrity Big Brother race row rumbles on.

Her agent issued an angry statement claiming Goody is now a victim of bullying herself at the hands of the media.

The 25-year-old is facing career meltdown over her treatment of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty.

The statement from agent John Noel reads: "Jade is completely distraught and is receiving medical attention for shock and depression.

"She has publicly apologised to Shilpa and to the country on national television. Jade has had the courage to say sorry, to face her critics and to try to make amends.

"That’s a lot more than most would do, but certain factions in the media will not be happy without blood. What sort of message does that send out? Aren’t they doing to Jade what Jade is accused of doing to Shilpa?

"It shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone that we have problems with racism and bullying in this country when we are not prepared to listen to people who say and want to address their issues."

Goody appeared on GMTV on Monday morning admitting her behaviour on the Channel 4 show had been "nasty and ugly".

The damage limitation exercise will continue on Tuesday when she appears on Five show The Wright Stuff. The programme is hosted by Matthew Wright who, like Davina McCall, is also represented by John Noel Management.

Publicist Max Clifford believes Goody faces an "uphill struggle" to restore her reputation and must convince the public she is genuinely sorry for her behaviour.

Celebrity Big Brother star Jade Goody said today that she didn’t realise how "nasty and ugly" her behaviour was until she watched footage of herself shouting at Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty.

She insisted she would have argued with everyone in the house in the same manner, no matter what the colour of their skin.

Jade, who emerged on Friday to find herself at the centre of a race row, said she was worried her children would be "rejected" as a consequence of her actions.
