Baby Spice: I forgot the lyrics - Dec 7 2007
Emma ’Baby’ Bunton has revealed that thinking about motherhood on stage makes her forget song lyrics.

"I’m getting more confident singing live, but during Mama, I got so carried away looking at the video playing behind us of all the mothers and babies that I forgot some of the lyrics!" she wrote on the Spice Blog after their Tuesday performance in San Jose, California.

The new mum, who gave birth to baby boy Beau in August, also admitted that she’s getting used to being back on stage.

"I felt a little less nervous tonight than I did in Vancouver, and I really let loose and had lots of fun," Emma, who revealed that Beau’s favourite Spice Girl song is Wannabe, continued.

"We’re truly having the best time of our lives and we feel so lucky to get the chance to do it again."

And it seems like ’Scary’ Mel B has developed a peculiar penchant.

"Mel B also has a thing for pinching our bottoms... which makes us all giggle!" she wrote.

Baby’s Had A Baby - Aug 10 2007
Emma Bunton’s partner Jade Jones has spoken about the couple’s new baby son, Beau.

Delivering the good news outside the hospital today, the beaming new father said: "Baby’s had a baby now.  It’s pretty good, just amazing. We’re both over the moon and absolutely thrilled to bits to have our little boy with us now."

Jade said Beau was "beautiful".

He said: "His name is French for handsome and he is definitely very handsome.  He weighed 7lb 15oz and is just gorgeous. Emma is upstairs doing really well, just recovering and bonding with the baby. Both are having a little nap right now.

"I’m just pleased to have our little baby boy with us. I’m over the moon.  I don’t want to miss a single second without him."

He joked of the new arrival: "He looks a bit like both of us actually, so he’s a very lucky boy.

"It (the birth) still feels like a minute ago. It’s an amazing feeling, which I can’t describe."

Emma to Spice up Richard and Judy - 07 Feb 07
Former Baby Spice Emma Bunton will chat about her pregnancy and becoming a mum during a revealing interview with Richard and Judy tonight.

It’s thought the 31-year-old - who is expecting her first child in the summer with boyfriend Jade Jones - will talk about balancing her career with motherhood and her struggle with endometriosis, a condition which affects fertility.

The singer, who is rumoured to be about to wed former Damage frontman Jade, will also be quizzed about whether she’s planning to take a trip up the aisle.

The couple, who have been dating for eight years, announced their happy news last month.

They said: "We are so happy, it’s unbelievable news. What a great start to the New Year.

"We’re really looking forward to having a family together and to the rest of our lives."

Emma’s interview with Richard and Judy will be on Channel 4 from 5pm tonight.
