The statement said: "Amy Winehouse has cancelled all remaining live and promotional appearances for the remainder of the year on the instruction of her doctor.
"The rigours involved in touring and the intense emotional strain that Amy has been under in recent weeks have taken their toll.
"In the interests of her health and well-being, Amy has been ordered to take complete rest and deal with her health issues."
Amy said: "I can’t give it my all on stage without my Blake.
"I’m so sorry but I don’t want to do the shows half-heartedly; I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it’s just not the same."
Amy was due to perform in Bournemouth on Tuesday night.
Other gigs were set to follow in Cardiff, Dublin, Belfast, Manchester and London.
On Monday night, the troubled singer is said to have dashed from hotel to hotel in the rain, reportedly hiding her nose and pulling at her teeth, before jumping in a taxi.
Amy smiles at Blake in court - Nov 23 2007
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse and her husband smiled and mouthed words of reassurance to each other across a crowded courtroom.
At one stage Blake Fielder-Civil, in custody for allegedly trying to bribe a pub landlord to drop an assault allegation against him, silently told his wife: "I love you."
A few minutes later, he asked her: "You all right, you OK?"
The performer, who appeared close to tears at one stage, nodded a "yes" in response from the front row of the public gallery at London’s Snaresbrook Crown Court.
Throughout much of the hearing, the performer, sporting her trademark beehive hairstyle decorated with a yellow-patterned ribbon and wearing a black short-sleeved mini-dress, gazed adoringly at her 25-year-old husband as he sat behind the glass-fronted dock.
His mother Georgette, just a seat away from her daughter-in-law, smiled repeatedly at her son, who is being held in custody.
The only time he was heard to say anything was when he spoke to confirm his name to the court clerk.
The 25-year-old, of Jeffrey’s Place, Camden, north London, who at one point took off his black jacket to reveal heavily-tattooed arms, is said to have offered licensee James King a significant amount of money to withdraw an allegation of causing grievous bodily harm against him and to leave the country.
He and co-defendant Michael Brown, 25, who also denies the GBH allegation, allegedly carried out the attack on June 20 last year.
Fielder-Civil was remanded and is due back in court on January 18.
Amy’s mother glad Blake is in jail - Nov 20 2007
The mother of Amy Winehouse says she is glad the singer’s husband is behind bars.
Janis Winehouse declared: "Thank God he’s gone inside."
Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested and remanded in jail earlier this month accused of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
A distraught Amy has vowed to stick by him.
But her mother told First magazine that their separation could be what Amy needs to kick her heroin addiction.
"Everyone else can see it, but Amy chooses not to," Janis said.
The 52-year-old said Blake introduced her daughter to hard drugs.
"I think he introduced her to them and now she thinks, ’Oh, this is good, this is OK.’ I think she’s still a child. Personally, I think it’s overtaken her a bit," she claimed.
Since Blake’s arrest, Amy has seemingly gone into meltdown.
She was booed on the first night of her UK tour and threatened members of the crowd, saying: "Wait ’til my husband gets out of incarceration."

Amy and her brother Alex were brought up by her mum and grandmother, and fondly remembers ’Growing up in East Finchley was cool.’ She started playing guitar at 12 and listening to jazz. Her acceptance into the prestigious Sylvia Young Theatre School seemed to spell big things for Amy, although she was expelled at 15, apparently for getting her nose pierced. She carried on her studies at an all girls school in Mill Hill, which she hated as there were no fella’s there.
Amy made appearances with the Youth Jazz Orchestra, produced a demo tape of jazz covers that was picked up by Universal/Island Records, and they signed her almost immediately. She released her album Frank in October 2003 and supported Jamie Callum on his national tour. Amy then went on to be nominated for two Brit Awards, British Female Solo Artist and Best Urban Artist. Not bad for a girl of 20!
