"this pub has sadly slipped since your last review. some of the beers are to say the least rough. the sky tv package has gone replaced by a cheap foriegn package that somtimes works leaving many football punters half in and out the door ready to depart to a pub with sky.

the place can often be dirty. the whole decor is in need of a good tosh up. the service can be very hit or miss with staff to occupied with their own hangovers. sadly the eye has been taken off the ball here and it all smacks of a kind of asset stripping. all this said this pub still holds many of its regulers but unless joined up management is resumed for how long."

""The Dartmouth Arms sits in a quiet part of NW5, off the beaten track and tucked not far from Hampstead Heath. This pub is a true gem and has the full backing of the majority of the local community thanks mainly to its efforts to cater for the locals, wandering visitors through the area and families with kids. Excellent food and good beers are complemented by efficient service - while a TV shows all sports, but is unobtrusive enough not to deter other regulars. One of the best things about the pub is the variety of events (wine tasting, quiz nights etc) and the bookshop in the front bar.""
