"Went last night, Wednesday. Better on the inside than on the outside, needs doing up!
Great night though, we went for the first free event. Could be amazing if they served food and did a paint job.
Good promoter."

"I stopped going to this bar because of the awful sound but I nipped in last Wednesday to see Rowetta (as we guys do) and I must say....I was impressed, there wasn't ANY of the usual feedback and terrible noises.
Well done ---whoever is reponsible, I will definitely come again....well worth the five quid."

"I went to a wednesday night here a few of weeks ago and have gone back pretty regularly ever since! There is a night down here called Wednesday Showcase with some seriously good live music hosted by a guy called Aaron, who's a great singer/guitarist himself.
Friendly atmosphere and a great crowd. Would give it a huge thumbs up."

"I've been to Bullet Bar a few times now and I must stress that each Wednesday I've been lately the night just gets better each week. The sound is good, the musicians excellent and the atmosphere is just what we're looking for on a Wednesday night.
I must say that we think that it's very good value for money."

"Great night last Wednesday at Bullet with Rowetta and Peter Brame.
Very well organised and excellent sound, the Bullet is an extremely well run bar and with acts like these makes it a tempting place to go."

"The venue is very nice, but there is an odd ambience about the place when they have live music.
I called the venue stating would like to bring some friends in for a drink and was told it was fine. When we got there, the music was too loud and we couldn't hear ourselves so had to talk a bit loud to be heard. We got told off for talking and not being quiet to listen to the singers!!!!!
I respect them performing but that does not mean I cannot have a chat with my friends. The staff should have said we would only be allowed if we kept shut!"

"The Bullet Bar was a fabulous venue for our event.
We hosted a charity party there in mid August and the staff and venue were incredible. From the moment we began planning the event we felt that they were completely onboard and helped us create a really fun event.
We would go back for the vibe and staff. Drinks were really reasonable and the clientele are hot! "

If you like it, then I'm at this great venue on the 19th. And I'm not even the best on the lineup. No, honestly.

"We had the pleasure of playing there recently (and will be again july 20th) and it was a great place.
The venue was really well laid out, the stage was good, the decor was lovely. Looked very stylish plus the drinks where cheap and of a high quality.
The promoters did a good job as the rest of the line up was also top notch.
Recommended.

"I went to Bullet last weekend for a much needed girls night out and had a fantastic time! This place is so sexy and sophisticated the DJs were awesome, the staff were really friendly and the cocktails were unbelievably good! It was packed with a really nice crowd too, not a chav in sight! I can't recommend Bullet enough!! We'll be back very soon!!"

"I don't as a rule write reviews as I really never see the point, do people actually read them? However, having been to the Bullet this weekend, I thought I would take this opportunity to write something. I was invited having never been to Bullet to my friends birthday. It was guestlist entry as always apparently on a Saturday night and I'm glad I went as I loved it.
The bar was packed and the music was fab. Okay it had no cloakroom but what bar does, its not a cheesy nightclub after all. They have a fantastic grown up crowd and not a chav/townie or sleeseball in sight, I guess thats why they have a guestlist. The bar staff were very busy bless, but they were still very attentive and served me as soon as they could I don't mind waiting when its busy, its when their not busy and you have to wait which is the worst, but not in this bar. Well done Bullet thank you I had a lovely time and I will be back. "

"I was at Bullet Bar on the same night and agree it was overcrowded but this is a very busy bar (I know as my girlfriends and I go most weekends).
I am writing to defend my local, the excellent Bullet Bar, one of the best live music/cocktail bars in London let alone Camden. So what, you had to wait to get a drink, what other decent bar do you get a drink straight away on a Saturday night.
Don't let this guy put you off; Bullet is really the place to be."

""The Kentish Town bar scene just got a little more sophisticated, with the opening of super-cool cocktail bar The Bullet Bar.
With a focus on sophistication meets retro, The Bullet Bar concentrates on great cocktails by serious mixologists and will pave the way for a bit of West End glamour in North London. And best of all, it's open till 2am at the weekend, there's no more head-scratching after midnight when everything half decent closes, and you're still up for more.
Bullet Bar's retro feel comes from the original 60's/70's features, the lamps, mirrors, tables and sofa's all hand picked from auctions and reclamation yards around London. The wallpaper on the bar side is Osbourne and Little and the art all individually commissioned to suit the surroundings by the brilliant up and coming contemporary artist Katy Nixon. Music is supplied via some of London's most noted DJ's, where super-cool lounge music with a twist of jazz at the weekend.
Sundays are reserved for 'Sunday Best', a fantastic open mic session showcasing North London's newest live acoustic talents. A small bar style menu includes tapas style dips, and falafel, served with toasted pitta breads and olives. ""

""Very Dissapointing. Half an hour to queue for a drink is unacceptable espcially as this was a guest list, function only evening. When you did arrive at the bar only to learn 3 out of 4 beers on tap had run out. Also watching them rinse used glasses with cold water before using them as the glass collector could not keep up was not pleasing. The music was ok but did not make up for the obismal bar service and overcrowding. There is no cloak room which was also dissapointing. Definately not worth a shocking ?7 entry.""
