Cannot complain about the food when it eventually arrived but this place has the worst service I have ever experienced.
A waiting time of one hour was given, it was Saturday night so this is expected but after 90 minutes we decided to contact the restaurant. They told us our food had just left and offered no apology. I was understandably frustrated and asked what they would be doing to address the problem. The operative chose to laugh in my face and told me to take it or leave it. As you all know once you have been waiting for food for 90 minutes you just want to eat so we had absolutely no chance of refusing. The workers in the restaurant seemed to think it was funny that the food was late and were openly rude to me over the phone. I will never, ever use this place again and it is all down to the appalling staff. An apology is free and my personal feeling is that if food is late (eventually arrived 45 minutes later, so nearly two hours after ordering) it is not unusual to waive some part of the fee. In any event being a decent human being is free.
Shocking place, please never use them.
